1 legatura ceapa verde,
1 ceapa alba potrivita,
1 ardei gras rosu,
1-2 fire de telina verde,
2-3 catei de usturoi,
2 rosii mari decojite si taiate cubulete,
50 ml. ulei,
cateva boabe de piper,
zeama de la ½ lamaie
sare,
1 galbenus de ou + 2-3 linguri de smantana pentru dres ciorbita,
Patrunjel verde tocat.
Se adauga rosiile cubulete, usturoiul si condimentele (piperul si sarea) si se mai fierbe acoperit inca 10-15 minute. Se da la o parte si se acreste cu zeama de lamaie.
Dupe ce s-a racit putin, se drege cu un galbenus de ou frecat cu 2-3 linguri de smantana.
