Hering marinat / Recette pour le hareng Marina

Ingrediente:

4 bucati de hering ( cca 1 kg.),
300 ml apa,
100 ml otet,
50 ml ulei de masline,
50 ml de vin alb,
2 foi de dafin,
boabe de piper rosu si negru,
1 ceapa mare alba,
1 lamaie taiata felii.
1 lingura rasa de sare.

Mod de preparare:

Pestele se spala si se curata ( de intestine,cap si piele). Se scot apoi cate 2 fileuri din fiecare peste.
Fileurile obtinute se pun intr-un borcan facandu-l rotite, urmarind conturul borcanului. Se intercaleaza printre fileurile de peste feliile de lamaie.

Se prepara apoi marinata astfel : ceapa taiata felii, apa, otetul, uleiul , dafinul, piperul si lingurita de sare se pun sa fiarba cca 5 minute, apoi se iau de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca.

Se toarna marinata peste pestele din borcan, se inchide ermetic si se lasa la marinat o saptamana.
